Job Responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Respond to requirements from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Coordinate with the Operation team at Various Level on Daily Basis
- Handling Business-Related queries
- Taking care of business leads coming in from the Customer
- Developing new business for the company
- Should have a strong personality and communication skills
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Requirements
- Must have good knowledge of Sales & Business processes.
- Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills required.
- Able to work independently, yet a good team player and quick learner.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field from a recognised institute.
- Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills required. An MBA or a post-graduate qualification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant certifications in Sales, CRM tools, or Digital Sales will be preferred.
