Relationship Manager/Manager – Sales (Banking & Alliances)

Job Responsibilities

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Respond to requirements from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Coordinate with the Operation team at Various Level on Daily Basis
  • Handling Business-Related queries
  • Taking care of business leads coming in from the Customer
  • Developing new business for the company
  • Should have a strong personality and communication skills
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Requirements

  • Must have good knowledge of Sales & Business processes.
  • Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills required.
  • Able to work independently, yet a good team player and quick learner.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field from a recognised institute.
  • Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills required. An MBA or a post-graduate qualification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Candidates with relevant certifications in Sales, CRM tools, or Digital Sales will be preferred.
